Step 1

Create your Montrose FX account

Step 2

Verify your Identity

Provide 2 forms of ID.

One for Proof of Identification and one for Proof of address.

If you are a business, we will need to do some additional checks, and collect paperwork from you.

One of our support team members will reach out ASAP!

Step 3

Share your details or load up your account

Once completed, you can provide your account details to your customers or send funds from your own bank to preload the account

Step 4

Book in a conversion

If you preloaded the account, the trade will settle instantly.

If you have not, you need to send funds to cover your trade.

Log in to your online banking or visit your branch to make payment. Be sure to follow the instructions in your Montrose FX trade confirmation.

Step 5

Track your transfer

We will send you email notifications when you receive funds and pay out your transfer to your recipient. If you sent your payment via the swift network, you can track it live.
