Montrose FX Referral Program T&C’s

Montrose FX Referral Campaign – Terms & Conditions. Effective as of 18/05/2025

Montrose FX is pleased to offer a referral reward of ₪50 for successful retail customer referrals and ₪175  for successful business customer referrals. To ensure the integrity and fairness of the program, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility

• • This campaign is open to existing Montrose FX customers (“Referrers”) who refer new, Israeli-based customers (“Referees”) to Montrose FX.
  • The Referee must be a first-time customer of Montrose FX and cannot have held an account with us previously, under any name, email address, or business entity.
  • Referrers may not refer themselves, including through alternate email addresses, phone numbers, or legal entities.

2. Reward Criteria

• • The referral reward will only be granted once the Referee has:
    • Successfully completed onboarding and
    • Executed a foreign exchange (FX) transaction of at least USD $3,500 (or equivalent) through the Montrose FX platform.
  • Each eligible referral will entitle the Referrer to:
    • ₪50 for a retail (individual) customer, or
    • ₪175 for a business customer.

3. Reward Payment

• • Rewards will be processed within 7–14 business days after the qualifying FX transaction is completed.
  • Payments will be made directly to the Referrer’s designated Montrose FX account

4. Tax Compliance

• • Referral rewards are subject to withholding tax as required by Israeli law.
  • Taxes will be withheld and reported by Montrose FX to the relevant authorities.
    This will not affect the amount received by the Referrer (i.e., the Referrer will receive the full ₪50 or ₪175 reward)

5. Anti-Fraud Policy

• • Montrose FX reserves the right to review, withhold, or cancel any referral rewards where we suspect:

• • Self-referrals
  • Fraudulent behaviours
  • Manipulation of referral terms
  • Duplicate accounts

• • Decisions made by Montrose FX in this regard are final.

6. Changes and Termination

• • Montrose FX reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or platform.
